Tips for effective outreach
- Be respectful and specific: you are a voter asking for help.
- State clearly what you want: protect 1915(c) waiver funding and provider reimbursement.
- Follow up if you do not hear back within two weeks.
- Invite leaders to meet families or attend the July 17 rally in Frankfort.
- Encourage friends and neighbors in other counties to contact their leaders too.
- Ask the Attorney General to review announced waiver cuts and take appropriate action.
