We are a Kentucky grassroots coalition of families, self-advocates, providers, and Direct Support Professionals working to protect and strengthen 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers. Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact page.

Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect:

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, county) when you RSVP for events, volunteer, or sign up for updates.
• Optional accessibility or volunteer preferences you submit on rally registration forms.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, through standard analytics and hosting logs.
• Cookies or local storage used to remember theme preferences (light/dark mode).

• Coordinate rallies, volunteer opportunities, and campaign updates you asked to receive.
• Respond to inquiries sent to our campaign email or phone line.
• Improve site performance, accessibility, and content.
• Comply with legal obligations when required.

We do not sell personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site (for example hosting, form storage, or email delivery), when you ask us to connect you with a resource, or when required by law. Event sign-up data is used for rally planning and follow-up you consent to receive.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion of campaign communications data by contacting us.

• Unsubscribe from email updates using the link in any message or by contacting us.
• Clear site data in your browser to reset theme preferences stored locally.
• Decline optional form fields that are not required to register for an event.

Our site tells family stories and may be used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for data we control. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please avoid sending sensitive medical or financial details through general contact forms.

We may update this policy as the campaign or site evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised policy.
