Kentucky HCBS waiver programs
Kentucky operates several 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services waivers, including Michelle P., Supports for Community Living (SCL), Home and Community Based (HCB), Model II Waiver, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and ABI Long-Term Care. Eligibility and services are administered by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
